We are know you're excited to get your gear, we are too! For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 7-10 business days. Please note, we ask that you allow up to 14 days for your package to be delivered before contacting us about your order. Products from the same order are often shipped from different warehouses (depending on the items). This does not affect your shipping cost, but may require the order to be delivered in multiple packages and the shipping time may vary. We greatly appreciate your support and patience.
We have you covered! We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.
Ignis Scorpius Co. does not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any kind on any items offered in our store. All sales are FINAL, no exceptions.
Your satisfaction is our TOP priority. We understand that we are all human and that rare issues happen. So please, contact us if you feel that you have received a defective or damaged product and we will do our best to fix the issue right away. (Be sure to include your Order Number, Your Name, Date of your purchase.)
Product sizing varies between different brands and styles. Product size information can be found on every product page in the image carousel. Unless otherwise specified, sizing is in inches. If you are wanting an oversized look, please size up 1 to 2 sizes in our t-shirts, sweaters, hoodies.
We are sorry, but we currently only ship to the USA. We are hoping this will change sooner rather than later! Stay tuned and follow us on social media to know when that changes!
We don't really have set criteria when we choose our ambassadors, as all our crew members are just as unique as our apparel! The only advice we can offer is to identify what makes you distinctive and show us how your individuality can inspire others to become even greater versions of themselves. BE THE FIRE!

Our office is based in the beautiful Tampa, Florida area. Unfortunately, we aren't a storefront, so we can't have you visit us in person. However will be traveling around the U.S. and we hope to get to meet some of our awesome crew members!
Our suppliers use a variety of different printing methods. The printing methods will depend on the product, but we use (DTG, AOP, DTF) and even embroidery.
